Interior Design Service

We offer full interior design services. Where we will work with you on your interior design project, translating your vision into reality. After an initial consultation we will work on a design package that will include plans, elevations, sections and 3D images. We will also study every single architectural detail to make sure it’s all well thought out. We will specify all the materials and finishes as well as all the furniture and fixtures, draw your cabinetry and all the bespoke pieces on the project. Finally we will offload all this information to your builder to make sure he understands our approach and is able to execute the project.

Project Management

We will hold your hand through all the construction process until the day that you move in. Visit the site as much as needed and collaborate with your architects and builders to ensure the final product is up to standard. We will keep track of cost and budget and schedules and help you source all the loose furniture and coordinate deliveries taking away all the weight of your shoulders. We will even take you shopping for accessories and help you set it all up and decorate your space to get the magazine look!

Consulting

In interior design projects the construction process is often stressful and involves a lot of fast decision making that can be overwhelming if you are not familiar with it. We can help supervise the design to make sure your vision is achieved and your needs are met. Consulting services are offered per hour and extend from helping refine your architect layouts, designing built in joinery, participating in construction or coordination design meetings with architects, engineers and other consultants. Finding loose furniture for your project or going shopping with you for any interior design elements or project materials.

Home Decoration

Our home decoration package is an interior design package that caters for clients with rental apartments willing to add personality to their homes or make it more functional but without undergoing a full interior design renovation. We will draw your home plan and elevations, produce style mood boards and furniture selection with an itemized list of the pieces you are going to need in your new space. You can decide if you prefer to shop yourself or we do the purchasing and coordinating deliveries for you. If you choose this option we will also schedule a two days transformation where we will come into your house, unpack all the boxes and set it up L.A style!

Design & Build

Our trusted contractors can help materialize your interior design project and your designer’s vision of your home all under one single contract! We offer design and build services for clients that want a full turn key experience where everything is taking care of for them. We will take charge of all the design and construction aspects of the project, purchasing and coordination of sanitary fixtures, lighting & furniture and we will even make the bed for you. You will have periodical updates with your designer and move back to a dust free home after the process is completed!
